We left Des Moines early Saturday morning to go boating with BT and her parents in Fort Dodge. It was so much fun!
It was the first time either S or I were on a speed boat, so we were scared a bit at first.

As a matter of fact, we were huddled up and holding hands while the rest of them laughed at us.

D, on the other hand, was tubing at high speeds (after she finally got on the tube, I might add - she was struggling to get on it - we were a bit concerned to let her tube.)

I got to drive the boat, with BT's dad's supervision. It was awesome. I want a boat now.

We were sun-burnt and tired on our way back home Saturday evening. I would sooo do it all over again.

And maybe next time I will dare and do some tubing, too.
